Used — Like New (See pictures - the actual item for sale). Scope is in pristine, impeccable, fully functional condition. Red illuminated reticle works perfectly, includes a fresh battery. 

Always kept in a climate-controlled environment and only was used at the range a few times.

It was installed on my DMR AR 15 (.223) and has exhibited superb accuracy.

It looks and functions truly like new. There are no blemishes or even wear that I can see on it.
