All firearms and related items listed on this site are for sale by a private individual.

For local transactions I only require the completion of a Texas Firearms Bill of Sale, which is a legal document that records the sale of a firearm between two private individuals in Texas. This document includes the names and addresses of both the buyer and seller, a description of the firearm, and the date of the sale. It is important to note that this document does not require a background check or any other formalities, as it is a private sale between individuals. This for your and mine private records only. Please download the Texas Firearms Bill of Sale and fill buyer's information out before meeting for the transaction. Once the transaction is complete, you can keep the completed document for your records, and I will keep a copy as well.

All items for sale could be made available for local pickup in Houston, Texas, or for firearms - can be shipped to your FFL dealer in the United States. NON-FFL items can be shipped to your home address in the United States.
You, as a buyer accept all responsibility for making sure the items purchased are legal for you to own in your jurisdiction. For All NFA items(transferrable machine guns, suppressors, short-barrel rifles), all ATF rules apply. Please contact me if you have questions.

All items are known to be NEW or in working condition unless otherwise stated in the description. Please make sure to read the descriptions carefully and ask any questions before making a purchase.
